Antitrypanosomal agent 1 inhibits glutathione reductase (glutathione reductase) with IC50 of 64.8 μM; Inhibition of Trypanosoma brucei, EC50 is 1 μM. Antitrypanosomal agent 1 has anti-trypanosome activity.
